Tikitiki on the WWW was created for me to show off the Development of MyBB and talk about my life and other various things in general.

About Tikitiki

2008

I’m currently 16 years of age going on 17.  Now lets fast-forward a year later. I am now a prominent developer of MyBB and a very active and passionate supporter of MyBB. In my experience I’ve been able to learn many things, improve my current skills, social and programming wise, and work with IT Professionals.

2007

A year later, I find myself a member of the MyBB Team and more importantly an active supporter of MyBB as a plugin author. I’ve released several plugins for MyBB. Some of my mods area: Quick Edit, Private Message Admin, and MyBB eCellular - All of which were very popular. I started out as an official wiki manager of MyBB. My basic job is to add content to the wiki and keep it up-to-date. Now, I am in charge of fixing bugs, but, as any developer, I can add commits to the SVN, add features, etc…
As a Team member of MyBB, I have read & write access to the SVN. All I can say, is that there is more than enough additions and changes in 1.2 to really be a much later version. As we near the expected release of 1.2, we’re seeing it coming together very nicely. I’ll share more as I get permission!

2006

I found MyBB while looking for free hosts, and so I decided to check it out. Its current version was Preview Release 2 (PR2). MyBB came with everything - Admin CP, Plugins, Theme / Template Manager, Inline Moderation, etc… Having some knowledge of the PHP Programming Language and MySQL, I took a look at the code of MyBB. It was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. OOP, Modules, Facades’, Bitwise operators? huh? what was all that stuff?
